- Go to http://turnitin.com/
- If you already have an account from another class, login with your email and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click forgot password and you will receive an email. Once you have logged in, select add a class, and then use the appropriate class id and password in step 5.
- If you do not have an account already, click on “create account” underneath the login box in the upper right.
- Click on “student” in the middle of the page.
- Fill
in the required information starting with the information below:AP Language/ American Lit
Class ID: 6733876
Password: Pope
Honors 9th Lit/Comp
Class ID: 6739851
Password: Pope - When you have created your account, you should see the assignments for your class.
- Follow the directions to submit your paper.
- You can cut and paste your essay or upload it. You should upload it to retain MLA formatting.
Note:
Turnitin accepts the following file types: MS Word, WordPerfect, PostScript,
PDF, HTML, RTF, OpenOffice (ODT) and plain text.
